Terms and Conditions

Reservations: A deposit of $1000 (Canadian) per person is required to make a reservation on this Safari. This deposit is non-refundable. A confirmation of your reservation will be forwarded to you after the deposit is received.

Final Payment: The final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. If you are joining the tour within 60 days of departure, the full tour amount is payable.

Tour Price: Price shown is based on currency levels, airfares and taxes valid at the time of calculation, and are subject to change. Offroad Academy reserves the right to adjust the price up to 60 days before departure.

Cancellations:
Cancellation after this date is subject to the following cancellation charges:
60 - 46 days prior to departure - 40%
45 - 31 days prior to departure - 60%
30 - 16 days prior to departure - 80%
15 - 0 days prior to departure - Full Amount

Insurance: We recommend that all passengers purchase insurance to protect themselves against any possible out of country medical expenses.

Passport & Visas: A passport is required for all tour participants and should be valid for at least 6 months after the intended return date. You will be informed of visa requirements at the time of making the final payment. All passengers are responsible for visas and the costs thereof. We will however try and co-ordinate visa applications where possible.

Health Requirements: At the time of paying the final tour amount you will be informed of medical requirements and inoculations required. It is your responsibility to ensure that all precautions have been taken and medical advice has been sought prior to the tour departure.

Tour Documents: The tour documents will be sent approximately 30 days prior to departure, these include final tour itinerary, flight itinerary, etc.

Baggage Allowance: As required by the airlines. Offroad Academy Inc. accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of any tour member's personal belongings or baggage.

Itinerary Variations: Offroad Academy reserves the right to change the itinerary of the tour due to flight changes or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Tour Membership: Offroad Academy Inc. reserves the right to reject any person as a tour member and to expel from the tour any person/s whose actions are deemed to be detrimental to the enjoyment of the tour by other passengers.

Animals: Please be aware that this tour may take you into close contact with wild animals. Attacks by wild animals are very rare, but no tour organizer can guarantee that this will not occur. Neither the company, nor their employees can be held responsible for any injury or incident on the tour.
