Have fun while getting to know your 4x4.	Prepare yourself for the outdoors.	Get to know your winch and all other equipment to best prepare you for that wild African Safari.
This course will familiarize you with your vehicle and it's capabilities. Designed for the novice who wants to use his vehicle for more than just driving to work. Consists of an instruction session and includes an offroad quick-reference manual. Driving session on the Westport Discovery Track. Beverages will be supplied.	Day 1: A 4 hour classroom session covering the following subjects: History of 4WD, On-road Driving, Defensive Driving, Offroad Driving, Outdoor Orientation, Navigation, Survival, Technical Preparation. An afternoon tackling obstacles at the Westport Discovery Track - under supervision in a controlled environment. Beverages & 2 meals included. Day2: An escorted convoy exploring the back country, giving you the chance to test your truck and skills. Lunch included.	Designed around your request - this course is custom made, eg: * Recovery: the art of winching and towing. * 4x4 driver training for government departments. * Driver training for 4WD clubs. * Navigation and map work. * etc ...
